Product details
Egyptian bananas are peeled, sliced and air-dried without added sugar, giving a pale gold chip with a clean banana sweetness. The slices stay crisp in dry applications and soften predictably in bakery and cereal, which makes them easy to specify.
Packed in 10 kg export cartons with food-grade liners, metal-detected and lot-coded. Conventional and organic lots can be quoted separately.
