Egyptian green beans processed within hours of harvest, so the snap and colour survive the freezer.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Green beans are harvested in the Delta and rushed to the line the same day. Blanching stops the enzymes that turn beans dull and woody in storage; IQF freezing then locks each bean separately, so a bag pours free instead of clumping.
We supply whole, cut or French-cut beans, graded by diameter and screened for strings and broken pieces. The result is a consistent food-service product that holds its colour through cooking — the difference between a green bean that looks fresh on the plate and one that looks canned.
