Dried Oranges

Navel and Valencia oranges from the Nile Delta are sliced and dried with the peel on, so the wheels carry both the juice sweetness and the aromatic oil of the rind. The colour holds between harvests and the wheels stay flexible in packing.

Used across herbal tea, chocolate and confectionery, and craft bakery. Available in wheels, half-wheels and dice.
