Olive Oil

Egypt's olive groves — particularly in Siwa, Marsa Matruh and the Sinai — produce oil with a mild, fruity character and low acidity. The fruit is harvested in autumn and pressed cold, usually within 24 hours, to protect the polyphenols and the fresh aroma.

We supply extra virgin and virgin grades in bulk (tins, drums, IBCs) and in retail bottles for private label. Acidity, peroxide value and organoleptic profile are quoted per lot. Because harvest dates shift with the weather, we do not promise a single flavour profile all year — we quote the current lot and send a sample before shipping.
