Product details
Egyptian strawberries are available fresh from November to April and frozen year-round. For IQF, the fruit is washed, hulled and frozen individually, which keeps the berries separate and preserves the bright red colour.
We supply whole, sliced or diced berries, graded by size and screened for leaves and damaged fruit. The product suits retail smoothie packs, bakery and dairy applications. Because frozen berries are often consumed without cooking, every lot is tested for microbiology and metal-detected.
