Egyptian apricots halved and frozen at ripeness, for bakery, dairy and dessert applications.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Apricots have a short Egyptian season, so freezing is what makes them a year-round ingredient. Fruit is washed, halved, stoned and IQF-frozen. Sulphite-free processing is available for buyers who need a clean label, though the colour will be slightly less bright than sulphited fruit.
We grade by half size and screen for stones, stems and damaged fruit. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons and retail bags, and it performs well in tarts, yoghurts and compotes.
