Product details
Egyptian green peas are a cool-season crop, harvested in the Delta and frozen at peak sugar. The IQF line freezes each pea individually, which keeps them separate in the bag and prevents the mushiness that comes from block freezing.
We grade by sieve size and screen for broken or yellow peas. The product is blanched before freezing to protect colour and flavour, and every lot carries a COA. It is a dependable year-round line for retail and catering, independent of the European pea harvest.
