Egyptian seedless grapes frozen whole, so they thaw with their shape and sweetness intact.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Frozen grapes are a small but growing line, used in smoothies, desserts and as a chilled snack. Egyptian seedless varieties freeze well because the berry is firm and the skin is thin.
We wash, destem and freeze the berries individually, then screen for stems, split berries and under-ripe fruit. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons for industrial use and retail bags for consumer packs. Colour and brix are quoted per lot, and we recommend a slow thaw to preserve texture.
