The everyday Egyptian orange: thin-skinned, very juicy and priced for volume programmes in the Gulf and Africa.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Baladi is the local favourite — a thin-skinned, intensely juicy orange with a sweeter, more aromatic profile than Navel. It peels less cleanly, which keeps it out of some premium retail programmes, but it is excellent for juice and for markets where flavour and price matter more than cosmetic perfection.
We supply Baladi from December through March, graded by count and packed in 15 kg cartons. Because the skin is thin, fruit is handled gently and packed with liners to reduce pressure marks. Buyers who need a juice programme with reliable brix should ask for lot testing; Baladi can run 10–12° and we will not quote a number we have not measured.
