Egyptian lemons are washed, sliced and dried to a firm, aromatic wheel that keeps its essential oil in the peel. The result is a bright, clean citrus note for herbal teas, spice blends and beverage premixes.
Supplied whole-wheel, quarter-cut or diced, with a sulphite-free process as standard. Every batch is screened for seeds and foreign bodies before packing.
