Dried Garlic

Egyptian white garlic is peeled, sliced and dehydrated into flakes and granules that keep the sharp, sulphurous character buyers test for. The crop's high dry-matter content means less material is needed per kilo of finished flavour.

Flakes, granules and powder are screened to specification and packed in 20–25 kg poly-lined bags. Steam-treated and conventionally dried lots are both available.
