Egypt is one of the largest onion origins in the world, and the same crop that ships fresh is dried into flakes, granules and powder for food manufacturing. The drying cycle preserves the pungent allium note that dehydrated onion is bought for.

Yellow and red options are quoted separately; flakes and granules are sized to the customer's screen specification and packed in 20–25 kg bags.
