Festival and Sabrina strawberries from the Nile Delta are hulled, sliced and freeze-dried, keeping the fruit's shape, colour and acidity. Freeze-drying removes water without cooking the fruit, so the pieces stay crisp and the flavour stays bright.
Supplied whole, sliced or as broken pieces for industrial use, in 10 kg cartons with an inner liner. Ideal for cereal, chocolate and premium snacking.
