Fully cured Egyptian garlic that holds its condition through long sea freight and extended shelf life.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Dry garlic is the long-life format: bulbs are cured until the neck is fully closed and the outer skin is paper-dry, then cleaned and graded. That cure is what lets the product sit in a container for weeks without sprouting or mould, and it is why dry garlic commands a different price from fresh-cured spring garlic.
We supply it in ventilated cartons and mesh bags, with roots trimmed and loose skin removed. Buyers using it for retail should expect a small amount of skin loss in transit; buyers using it for peeling should specify the recovery rate they need, and we will quote the calibre that delivers it.
