Egyptian lemons with reliable acidity and juice yield, for retail, juice and food-service programmes.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Egypt's lemon season runs through the cooler months and produces fruit with a thin skin and high juice content. The flavour is clean and acidic, which is what juice and food-service buyers need; retail buyers should specify a colour tolerance, because Egyptian lemons can carry a green tinge early in the season.
We grade by count and pack in 15 kg cartons or 5 kg food-service boxes. Fruit is washed and, where required, waxed. Because lemons are prone to oleocellosis if handled roughly, we train harvest crews on careful clipping and keep the packing line dry.
Varieties
Thin skin, high juice, aromatic.
Acid-forward, good shelf life.
