Valencia oranges with the juice yield and acid balance that processors ask for, shipping after the Navel window.
Quotations are issued against your target volume, packaging specification and destination port. Minimum order quantities and loading programmes are confirmed per shipment.
Product details
Valencia extends Egypt's orange season into the summer. The fruit is slightly softer than Navel, with a thinner rind and a very high juice yield — the reason it is the preferred variety for juice processors. Colour deepens as the season progresses, and acid stays firm even in warm weather.
We grade by count and pack in 15 kg cartons, with optional waxing for retail. For juice buyers we can quote by juice yield and brix rather than by external appearance, which is the number that actually matters in a processing contract. Late-season fruit should be ordered against a firm shipping window, because quality drops quickly once the tree moves into the next flowering cycle.
Varieties
Juice variety, thin skin, high yield.
