Product details
Pomegranate arils are a premium frozen fruit, used in retail packs, desserts and juice. Egyptian Wonderful fruit has deep red arils with a good acid-sugar balance, and the arils freeze well when they are separated and frozen individually.
We deseed the fruit, remove membrane and defective arils, and IQF-freeze the rest. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons and retail bags. Because arils are fragile, we avoid excessive handling and quote a realistic broken-aril tolerance.
