Product details
Guava is an aromatic Egyptian fruit with pink flesh and a strong, sweet perfume. It is processed into cubes, slices or purée for juice, dairy and desserts, and freezing preserves the aroma far better than drying.
We wash, trim and cut the fruit, removing seeds for the premium grade. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons for industrial use and retail bags for juice packs. Brix and colour are tested per lot, and we can supply a seedless purée on request.
