Product details
Carrots are one of Egypt's most reliable frozen vegetables. The roots are washed, peeled and cut to the buyer's format, then blanched and IQF-frozen. Egyptian carrots have strong colour, which is the first thing a buyer notices in a frozen mix.
We supply 8–10 mm dice, slices, sticks and whole baby carrots. The main quality controls are cut uniformity, the absence of green shoulders and a firm bite after cooking. Packed in 10 kg cartons or retail bags.
