Product details
Mixed vegetables are a volume line for retail and catering, and the quality depends on freezing each component separately before blending. Peas, carrot dice, cut beans and sweetcorn are the standard build; we can adjust the ratio to your market and price point.
Every component is blanched and IQF-frozen, then blended and packed in 10 kg cartons. Colour contrast is the visual cue buyers judge, so we keep the carrot dice bright and the peas deep green, and we screen out broken pieces before the blend.
