Product details
This is the classic peas-and-carrots blend, made from Egyptian peas and carrots frozen separately before mixing. Freezing the components apart keeps the carrot dice distinct and stops the peas from clumping into the cubes.
We offer a standard 70/30 or 60/40 pea-to-carrot ratio and can adjust the mix to the buyer's spec. Carrot dice is 8–10 mm, cut cleanly and blanched. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons for food service, with retail bags available for private label.
