Product details
Spinach is a high-volume Egyptian frozen vegetable, used in retail, catering and prepared meals. Leaves are washed in stages to remove sand, blanched and frozen. The washing discipline matters more than anything else on this product: a single gritty lot can cost a retail contract.
We supply chopped or whole-leaf spinach, with stems removed for the premium grade. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons and retail bags, and every lot is checked for foreign matter after the washing line.
