Product details
Vine leaves are a specialist Egyptian export with steady demand in the Gulf, Europe and North America. Young leaves are picked by hand, washed, blanched and frozen. The key quality is flexibility: a leaf that cracks when rolled is unusable, so blanching time is controlled tightly.
We grade by leaf size and screen out torn or discoloured leaves. The product is packed in 10 kg cartons or retail vacuum packs, and it is available year-round from frozen stock.
